Mowing Service in Mid-Missouri

Our mowing services include: mowing turf, redefining edges along hard surfaces, ornamental beds and tree rings. We also trim along fences, buildings and the areas you can’t reach with traditional mowers. Cleaning up is also part of our process and we make sure all sticks and debris are picked up and cleaned. We understand that each lawn is different, which is why we have tailored applications for mid-Missouri and work hard to adapt each yard to current weather and ground conditions. We also send a variety of products along with our agronomic specialist to ensure they can handle almost anything they come across on the spot without needing to re-schedule. 

Our typical program consists of 5 applications:
March-April: Fertilization and Pre-Emergent Herbicide. 
April-May: Fertilization with Blanketed Broadleaf Weed Control.
May-June: Fertilization with Grub Insecticide and Broadleaf Weed Control.
August-September: Balanced Fertilization and touch-ups with Broadleaf Weed Control 
October-November: Winterizer Fertilization and touch-ups with Broadleaf Weed Control

Aeration + Seeding

We provide mechanical removal of soil cores from your lawn. These one-to-two inch soil cores are left on top of the lawn, and as they break down, microbes feed on them and help break down excessive thatch in the turf. Not only does aeration reduce soil compaction, but it allows water and oxygen to reach deeper into the soil. The holes created through aeration allow roots to expand and grow deeper, resulting in a healthier turf that’s more resistant to heat and drought. Overseeding introduces new grass varieties into the lawn to resist insect, disease and other stressors. As the lawn thickens with the new grass, the overall look improves and it becomes more suited to higher traffic activities and helps to crowd out weeds.
